Logging into website

When you log into our website, you were assigned a specific username when you first ordered. The website would like you to use your specific username and password to log in. IF your email address is rejected as the username and if you are unsure you can request your username via email @ info@kegcollar.com. You can also do a password reset if you already know your specific username and forgot the password. If you are locked out and need help logging in, call 513-752-2191 and ask for Jaime or email us at info@kegcollar.com with 1st and last name associated with account and email address and we will respond asap!
